Initial Discussions
Discuss the minimum order quantity for stock and provide Tiered pricing, arrange for sample delivery; Brand positioning: Offer the most cost-effective proposals base on customer’s decoration requirements; Delivery time/quality: Understand the sampling process, product delivery lead time, and quality requirements; Price: Costs of sampling and mass products, services, payment terms, and return conditions; Services: Conduct factory inspection, provide support for after-sales services such as product shelf life.

Sample Arrangement
Based on customer requirements, build the sampling plan, and arrange sampling. Verify decoration specifications, printing positions, and other details, and provide a specific time for sample completion.

Sample Confirmation
After confirming the sample effect, arrange it to be transferred to the production management center. (If the effect does not meet expectations, a second sampling can be arranged until satisfaction.)

Placing the Order
Based on the customer confirmed sample, a purchase order is issued, and both parties complete the contract signing and payment processes. An exact delivery date is provided in response.

Mass Production
Mass production begins. The general process includes:moulding (injection moulding, bi-injection moulding, injection blow moulding, extrusion blow moulding) painting/coating, printing, and assembly, including in-process inspections and warehouse inspections for incoming and outgoing materials.

Delivery
Payment as per contract, arranging for customer's on-site inspection or sample inspection, then shipment. (Partial disinfection services available upon request).

Early-stage Communication
- Quantity Required: Determine the number of mould cavities to evaluate the optimalsolution;
- Brand Positioning: To provide the most cost-effective solution; Delivery Time/Qualitthe product delivery time and quality standard requirements;
- Price: Costs of moulds, prototypes, and products, including services payment terms, return conditions;
- Services: Pre-sales services such as factory inspection, signing of confidentiality agreements, customization of drawings, and prototype models; Support for after-sale services such as product shelf life.

Project Establishment
According to customer requirements, customize the project, evaluate the best solution and timeliness.

Product Design and Confirmation
According to customer requirements, provide product design drawings and communicate details until satisfactory confirmation is achieved.

Customized Mold Production
After confirming the product design, complete the relevant contract. Proceed with mold design and initiate the customization of the mold.

Mold Trial Sampling
Complete the mold making and sample production according to the schedule; conduct decoration on sample based on the customer's decoration specifications, provide samples, and iterate until confirmation.

Place Production Order
Based on the customer-confirmed sample, quality control limit range requirements will be produced. Upon receipt of a purchase order from the customer, both parties will complete the contract signing and payment processes. An exact delivery date will be provided. Mass production will commence, typically following the process of moulding (injection moulding, bi-injection moulding, injection blow moulding, extrusion blow moulding) painting/coating, printing, and assembly, including in-process inspections and warehouse inspections for incoming and outgoing materials.

Delivery
Payment will be made according to the contract requirements, and arrangements will be made for either on-site inspection by the customer at the factory or sample inspection before shipping. (Partial disinfection services are available upon request.)
