Clean room :Raising the standards of quality control

Our clean room features advanced air filtration with sophisticated HEPA filters to eliminate dust and micro particles, constant air circulation to maintain optimal cleanliness, and positive air pressure to prevent the entry of contaminants when doors are opened or people move in and out. The temperature is controlled to ensure stable conditions, and all workers entering the clean room must pass through an air shower room to remove dust and particles. Hygiene is further ensured through specialized pest control services managed by an expert company that conducts regular inspections and provides guidance, reflecting our unwavering dedication to precision and quality.

Bottle-rinsing line (inside the clean room)

We utilize reverse osmosis (RO) water, produced by passing tap water through an activated charcoal filter to remove residual chlorine, a softening apparatus to eliminate hardness components, and an RO membrane to reduce ions. The RO water is then further sterilized using an ultraviolet treatment system. This high-purity water is integral to our fully automated bottle-rinsing line, which efficiently rinses the internal and external surfaces of glass bottles with RO water before automatically drying them, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
